ALL YOU NEED personal management nicolai  was founded in 2011 by former mezzosoprano Jolanta Nicolai.

AYNpmn  represents directors, composers, conductors and - above all - singers.

Our name is our motto: all you need, to build up a career, to keep it gping, to feel safe, to feel supported in all matters

Our goal is to discover new talents and keep existant career going, to tailor 

 

world-wide, including the ROH Covent Garden, DNO Amsterdam, Wiener Staatsoper & Theater an der Wien, Grand Teatre del Liceu Barcelona, Maggiio Musicale Firenze, Opera L.A., San Diego Opera, Boston Lyric Opera, Semperoper Dresden, Staatsoper München, Opera Marseille, Gran Théâtre de Genève, Deutsche & Komische Oper Berlin, Irish National Opera, Det Koneglige Teater København, Salzburger Festspiele, Wexford Festival, Olafsdagene Trondheim, Savonlinna Opera Festival and many more....

 

Since many years, Ms Nicolai is a judge across Europe in the preliminary rounds of the <International Hans-

Gabor Belvedere Competition>.

Since 2011, she has been teaching audition-training. Among others at the Music Conservatory in Dresden, the IOA and Belcanto Academy across Germany, in Spain and the Netherlands.

Drawing on her experience as an agent and jury member, combined with her over 20 years on stage as a soloist, performing a.o. in Amsterdam, Toulouse, Genève, München, Dresden, Hamburg, etc., Ms Nicolai has developed her very own training method that also addresses stage fright and mental blockades.
